Next Tribal Meeting we're hiking Torrey Pines! Let's meet at 10AM. Although I'm not sure where the trail starts so someone will have to fill me in. I'm sure some of is will be surfing and then going for breakfast so anyone that wants to join for a surf (5:30AM) or breakfast we'll probably meet at the naked cafe at 8:30.

One of the things Ryan, Josh and I discussed was to throw a bunch of topics in a hat, pick one and then try to stay on that topic throughout the meeting. So send some over when you get a chance- anything you'd like to discuss.

We're also looking into campground sites. Let me know if any weekends in August aren't good for anyone.

I'll be coming off a 7 day juice fast so eating sounds good!
Let's plan out this camping trip, maybe another pot luck (on the beach) and try to hash out what we all want/need from these meetings and make sure we all get it!

Mankind Project

What's up guys! Hope people still check this thing...

Anyhow, I remember at one of the last dinners that I'd join you guys at, we talked about the ManKind Project.. don't know who's actually looked it up yet, but here's a link to their site: http://www.mkp.org

I think they're a great group to model for what our Tribal Meeting group wants to do, and if you checked out the link, I think you'll see why. They might be a little bit "matured" for our group to be for just now, but it seems like a great group to emulate.

Also, there's an initiation ritual weekend that they've been putting on all over the world for years now, and I'll be participating in the one coming up in May. I've heard nothing but great feedback about it from people that have attended, and Brook was going to come with (but he had to go to Fiji... what a sucker, eh?).
