Personal Success Model

What's your personal success model? What do you do everyday to improve each aspect of your life? How do you intend to achieve the highest states in your relationships, wealth, health and personal growth?

  1. I actually have my goals broken down to 10yr, 5yr, 1yr, quartely, monthly, weekly and daily. I review all my goals and update or make changes every Sunday. I also plan out my weekly and daily goals every Sunday.

    Every day at lunch I meditate for 20 minutes, visualize for 10 minutes and take a walk and recite my affirmations for 15 minutes.

    You'd think I'd have everything I wanted! But as I was speaking to Brook last night I realized I was bored with this process (been doing it for almost seven years) and need to find what works and what doesn't and revamp it.

    We also discussed adding intention to everything I do, which has already brought excitement back into my daily routine.

  2. I'm all about Strategies. I am a firm believer that you finish the way you start. Here's how I start my day...

    Wake up at 5:00 AM
    30 minutes of yoga
    10 minutes of meditation
    Hour of Power
    -- Affirmations/incantations
    -- Rebound for 5 minutes
    -- Read something empowering
    -- Declare my vision for the day
    -- Make my move 20 times

    Then I start my day. I also have alarms set up throughout the day reminding me to eat, take supplements, regroup, break away from the computer etc. In addition, I have signs posted in my office to induce specific states ie "Leave your work at the door" this way I don't carry any energy from work into the house.

  3. The key is having a ritual(s) of putting yourself in state. I don't subscribe to one path because I'm heavily variety driven. Whether it is daily incantations, surfing, making love to your girl, or simply praying. The key is always getting centered, focusing on what you want to accomplish, map it out and consistently execute. When I feel great and know what I want I kick ass. When I'm tired, preoccupied, feel uncentered etc is when is get less results.
    These areas are always influencing my day

    1) Mind - focus - tenacity - language I use
    2) Body - Fuel (food) - (energy) - physiology
    3) Spirit - State Mgt - Abundant mindset and Centered
